We ship to addresses in the UK. Our standard shipping service is 48 hour tracked and signed for. All orders received after 11am will be sent the next working day.
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. All orders received by 11am will be despatched the same working day, all orders after this time will be sent the next working day. The delivery services we use usually only deliver Monday – Friday, so orders sent on Thursday please expect delivery on Monday.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to addresses given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of the incorrect address being entered at the checkout.
You have the right to cancel your order before it is delivered to you. You have to do so by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number. We will only accept cancellation notification from the same email address of your account.
You have the right to return damaged goods to us and seek a full refund provided that you follow the return process set out on the website and provide us with photographic evidence of the damage. The process has to be initiated within 48 hours after the delivery of the product and please note that we cannot refund goods that have been damaged whilst in your care. On receipt of parcel from the courier please sign for product stating that you have not checked the package. – signature and then write Package UNCHECKED. You will need to keep the original packaging if your item has been damaged in transit. You also have the right to return the product to us for a refund within 7 working days of delivery of the product provided that you follow the return process set out on the website.
You will not be refunded the original delivery charge for undamaged product return and you will be responsible for returning the product to us in its original condition and packaging at your own cost. We reserve the right to decline issuing a refund if the product returned is not of satisfactory condition. All international refunds will be refunded for the equivalent amount taken in pounds sterling on the original order. Due to fluctuations in the currency exchange rate this may result in a difference between the refunded amount and the original price.
